In a world 10 years into the future, vampires make up the vast majority of the population with only 5% of the human race remaining. In a world set 10 years in the future, vampires have become the dominant species, making up the majority of the population with only a mere 5% of humans remaining. However, this vampire-dominated society faces a crisis as their main source of sustenance, human blood, is running out. Rationing becomes the norm as the vampires struggle to find enough blood to feed on.
