Gladiatress is a comedic film set in ancient Rome. When Caesar instructs his general Rhinus to conquer Britain, warrior Young Gaul is chosen to deliver the message to the Dubonni tribe. The tribe consists of three sisters, who see Young Gaul as a potential suitor for their unmarried youngest sister. Young Gaul passes the sisters' bed-test and is accepted into the tribe.

Meanwhile, a Roman attack on a rival tribe is met with little strategy and foresight, highlighting the incompetence of the Roman war machine. As the Romans continue to advance, the Dubonni tribe must engage in battle to defend their land.
